Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation and Customer Relationship Executive, located in Rajkot. The role involves managing daily operational tasks, maintaining and building customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities will include overseeing accounts, coordinating with internal teams, addressing customer inquiries, and optimizing service processes.
