Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive located in Rajkot. The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales inquiries, developing travel itineraries, assisting clients with their travel plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include handling bookings, providing travel information, and resolving any travel-related issues. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and provide top-notch travel services.
Qualifications
- Sales and Customer Service skills
- Travel Itinerary Planning and Booking experience
- Ability to handle client inquiries and resolve travel-related issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
- Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or related field is a plus
- Experience in the travel industry is preferred
