- Age limit:20 to 29.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Actively seek and respond to inquiries for banquets and events, conduct site visits, and convert leads into signed contracts and revenue for the venue.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understand their specific event needs, and tailor proposals to meet those requirements.
- Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare detailed sales proposals, contracts, and event packages, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately completed.
- Event Coordination: Liaise with internal departments, such as catering, operations, and kitchen staff, to ensure the seamless execution and successful delivery of client events.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and consistently exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue goals for banquet and event business.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and the property's target market to maintain a competitive edge.
- Client Satisfaction: Provide excellent customer service throughout the event planning process and during the event itself, resolving issues and building client loyalty.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹27, ₹38,714.70 per month
