Role Overview:

As a Tech Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance. You'll diagnose issues, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming technical support queries via email, chat, or call.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software/network issues.
  • Guide users through step-by-step technical processes.
  • Escalate complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve product performance and support experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of operating systems, networks, and troubleshooting methods.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
