Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executives to join our retail distribution team. This is a field-based sales role (not office work) where you will be responsible for expanding Yagyodaya's retail presence in your assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit retail shops, pooja stores, and general stores daily to introduce and promote Yagyodaya products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with shop owners, distributors, and retailers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and ensure brand visibility at the store level.
  • Collect market feedback and report competitors' activities.
  • Manage and track orders, collections, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG / retail / field sales (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone.
  • Strong desire to achieve targets and grow with the company.
