Kiosk Worker

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive to join our team in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations, customer service, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning
• Supervise and support staff in providing excellent customer service
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandising
• Utilize POS systems and cash registers for transactions
• Implement strategies to drive retail sales and meet targets
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Experience

• Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in a grocery store setting
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including stock management and cash handling
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the shopping experience
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively
• Proficiency in basic math for inventory tracking and financial transactions
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries

Job Type: फ़ुल-टाइम

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
