Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to manage and grow client relationships in our banking division. The role requires strong sales, client servicing, and financial advisory skills to drive business growth while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and new banking clients.
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling of banking products such as loans, deposits, insurance, and investments.
  • Identify client financial needs and provide suitable banking solutions.
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets consistently.
  • Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving queries and providing superior service.
  • Prepare regular reports on client portfolio performance and sales achievements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 34 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in banking/financial services.
  • Proven track record in sales, customer acquisition, and portfolio management.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of banking products, financial services, and compliance standards.
