Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada for a Branch Operations Manager. The individual in this position will oversee and manage daily branch operations to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with policies. Responsibilities include supervising loan processing, monitoring operational performance, managing risks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve branch objectives and maintaining accurate records will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in branch operations, loan application processing, and risk assessment.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and resolving client queries effectively.
  • Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements within the NBFC sector.
  • Ability to analyze operational data and implement strategies for efficiency and improvement.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and financial software is a plus.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
