Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role of Branch Manager located in Vijayawada. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. They will also be required to develop and implement business strategies, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in financial services, particularly in mutual funds and investment products
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
