Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mac Support & Desktop Support Engineer, located in Hyderabad. The Mac Support & Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for Mac and Windows desktop operating systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. The engineer will also be responsible for assisting with customer service inquiries related to technical issues, coordinating with other IT professionals to solve complex problems, and documenting all support activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Technical support experience with both Mac and Windows desktop operating systems
  • Proven troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Relevant certifications such as Apple ACMT or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
