1. Experience in Managing Windows and MAC machines, setup, troubleshooting 
2. Experience in Managing site infrastructure including working on Cabling, Network Switches, Routers and Firewall.
3. Knowledge of Inventory Asset Management
4. Background as Desktop engineer having basic skills supporting Microsoft Solutions
5. Strong communication skills
