Position Overview

The ideal candidate will support me in scripting, conceptual direction, and coordinating with the editing team to ensure that every piece of content is delivered with clarity, creativity, and professional polish.

Key Responsibilities1. Script Development

  • Write engaging scripts for YouTube long videos, Instagram Reels, and short educational/insight videos.
  • Transform raw ideas, notes, and discussions into structured scripts.
  • Research topics and develop narrative-driven, informative, and impactful content.

2. Creative Direction

  • Provide creative guidance on how each video should be shot and presented.
  • Suggest visual elements, tone, sequencing, and on-camera direction.
  • Participate during shoot planning to ensure the script and visuals align.

3. Editing Coordination

  • Work closely with the video editing team to communicate script flow and creative vision.
  • Review drafts, provide feedback, and ensure the final output matches the required standard.
  • Maintain consistency in style, tone, and message across all content formats.

Requirements

  • Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
  • Good understanding of visual direction and content structure.
  • Familiarity with YouTube & Instagram content formats and trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet timelines.
  • Interest in political, leadership, or social-impact content (preferred but not mandatory).
