Role & responsibilities

  1. Monitor hardware, software, and network components for anomalies and potential issues.

  2. Respond to alerts and notifications, investigating and resolving incidents promptly.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and address critical issues.

  4. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to infrastructure, applications, and network connectivity.

  5. Collaborate with system administrators, network engineers, and application support team to ensure a coordinated response to issues.

  6. Share knowledge with team members and contribute to training initiatives.

Technical Skill Set Required:

  • Proven experience as Support Analyst or similar role of about 1- 2Y.
  • Strong knowledge of monitoring tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Technologies Required:

  1. MS office tools, Excel functions, ITIL service model

2.Postman, API, Ticketing tools (Service now)

Experience:

2-4 years of experience in Production Application Support

Education Required:

Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field
