About the Role

We're looking for an experienced
Senior System Analyst
to join our
Cards Systems Analysis team
.

If you have hands-on experience in
CardLink
or
Vision Plus
, and a passion for building robust Mainframe-based card systems, this is your opportunity to make an impact in the
Cards & Payments domain
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis, design, and development activities for
    CardLink / Vision Plus
    platforms.
  • Work on
    Mainframe ZOS
    using
    COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM
    , and sequential datasets.
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate functional requirements into system specifications.
  • Partner with IT and vendors to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Conduct
    system impact analysis
    ,
    feasibility studies
    , and
    performance assessments
    .
  • Support QA and production teams in issue resolution and testing cycles.
  • Ensure compliance with
    security and audit standards
    .

Who We're Looking For

6–9 years of experience in
Cards domain
(CardLink / Vision Plus)

Strong knowledge of
Mainframe, COBOL, JCL, CICS

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience working with
cross-functional teams
and
external vendors
