Job Summary

As a Systems Analyst at EzeSoftware India Private Limited, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and maintenance of our critical software systems. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our platforms are robust, efficient, and meet the evolving demands of the financial industry.

Responsibilities

* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements for new features and system enhancements.
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and use cases for development teams.
* Perform in-depth system analysis, identifying potential bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in existing systems.
* Design and propose innovative and scalable technical solutions, considering architectural constraints and performance implications.
* Work closely with software developers, quality assurance engineers, and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle.
* Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation validation to ensure solutions meet defined requirements and quality standards.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including design documents, process flows, and user manuals.
* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed systems, analyzing issues and recommending appropriate resolutions.
* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to development teams.
* Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in systems analysis and software development.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience (3+ years) as a Systems Analyst or similar role in a software development environment, preferably within the financial services domain.
* * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency in gathering, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements.
* Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and the ability to write complex SQL queries.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
* Experience with data modeling and system design tools.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Prior experience with financial software or trading systems is highly desirable.
