Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager to be based at our Bengaluru South location. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies for market expansion, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The Business Development Manager will create proposals, lead negotiations, and collaborate with teams to ensure successful project execution, while consistently achieving company growth targets.

Qualifications

  • Business development and sales expertise, including identifying and pursuing new markets and partnerships
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and developing growth strategies
  • Knowledge of HVAC or related industries and technological trends is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve business goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is considered a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and business analytics platforms
  • A goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
