Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru South. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market analysis, and developing strategic business plans. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Market Analysis, and Strategic Planning skills
- Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Contract Management skills
- Sales and Marketing collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Relevant experience in the luggage, travel, or retail industry is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
