Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Media Sales) with a strong background in television, digital, print media houses, or advertisement agencies.

The role involves identifying, pitching, and closing brand partnerships and media deals that align with Boss Wallah's content ecosystem.

You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — working closely with marketing and production teams to deliver measurable brand outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to
    brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers

for digital media collaborations.
- Present and pitch
Boss Wallah's media network capabilities

and brand integration opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct meetings (online/offline) with potential clients.
- Understand client objectives, create tailored media proposals, and negotiate deals.
- Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to execute brand campaigns successfully.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and advertising budgets of key brands.
- Meet monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Experience:

3–6 years of experience in
media sales / brand partnerships / ad sales

from
TV channels, radio, digital media networks, or media agencies

.
- Background:

Mandatory experience working in
media houses

(TV, digital, or print).
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of
brand storytelling, media planning, and digital content marketing.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and revenue goals.

Preferred Industries / Companies

Candidates currently or previously associated with:

TV Channels (e.g., TV9, ETV, Sun Network, Asianet, Zee, Colors),

Digital Media Houses, YouTube Networks, or Advertising Agencies.
