Business Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to support our admissions and business growth process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in handling calls and the ability to guide prospects through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective leads provided by the company
- Explain course details, fees and benefits to potential students
- Guide leads through the admission process
- Follow up with interested prospects to ensure timely admission closure
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and admissions
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Freshers can apply if confident)
- Strong communication and telephone etiquette
- Ability to explain information clearly and confidently
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
