Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive – Sahibs - Bangalore
Location: Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 1–3 years (Food, Hospitality, or F&B experience preferred)

Sahibs is a fast-growing premium biryani brand known for authentic taste, quality ingredients, and a passion for customer satisfaction. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive who can be the voice of our brand — ensuring every customer interaction is delightful and every order experience is seamless.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction & Sales Conversion
- Engage with incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, or social media inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and convert leads into sales.
- Suggest suitable biryani packs or catering options based on the customer's need.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with regular and new customers.
- Follow up for post-delivery feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle queries and resolve issues promptly with a customer-first approach.
- Order Coordination
- Coordinate with the kitchen and dispatch team for timely delivery.
- Support in ensuring quality and accuracy of orders before dispatch.
- Operational Support
- Assist during bulk order deliveries or corporate catering setups.
- Visit client locations occasionally for servicing and relationship building.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Prior experience in Customer Support / Inside Sales / F&B Operations preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
- Passion for food and customer service mindset.
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
