As we expand our footprint across India and beyond, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Brand Manager to join our growing team in Mumbai.Role OverviewWe're looking for a dynamic, consumer-focused, and strategic Brand Manager to lead initiatives across productdevelopment, brand building, and go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in FMCGor D2C personal care and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement holistic brand strategies to drive awareness, equity, and consumer engagement.• Lead end-to-end new product development, from ideation and formulation coordination to packaging and launchexecution.• Conduct and apply market research to derive consumer insights and identify category opportunities.• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to ensure proactive brand positioning.• Collaborate with creative, media, and PR agencies to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.• Work closely with digital marketing, sales, R&D;, packaging, and supply chain teams.• Manage marketing budgets, performance KPIs, and campaign analysis.• Craft persuasive product messaging and brand storytelling across channels.• Identify and work with influencers and content creators in the beauty and wellness space.Candidate ProfileEducation• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (mandatory).• MBA in Marketing/Brand Management from a reputed institute (preferred).Experience• 3–4 years of hands-on brand management experience in FMCG or D2C personal care.• Proven success in launching and scaling consumer brands.Key Skills & Competencies• Strategic thinking with the ability to align brand goals with business objectives.• Strong consumer understanding and ability to translate insights into action.• Innovative and collaborative approach to product development.• Proficiency in market research tools (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar) and data analysis.• Working knowledge of digital marketing, influencer strategy, and content marketing.• Strong organizational and project management skills.• A creative eye for guiding design and packaging development.• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.• Passion for beauty and wellness trends with a global outlook.Why Join Bryan & Candy?• Be part of a fast-growing premium personal care brand with global aspirations.• Work in a creative, collaborative culture that values innovation and ownership.• Opportunity to make a tangible impact in a competitive and exciting category.
