About the Role
The Manager/ Sr. Manager – Marketing & Branding (PR) will be responsible for shaping and executing the group's brand strategy, marketing communications, social presence and public relations initiatives. (ATL/BTL) The role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, strengthening corporate reputation, and positioning Systematix as a trusted thought leader within the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing, branding, and communication strategies.
- Drive PR and media relations to build strong brand recall and visibility.
- Collaborate with business leaders (Investment Banking, Equities, Wealth, etc.) to design impactful client-centric campaigns.
- Lead digital marketing, content development, and social media strategy for stronger engagement.
- Manage corporate events, sponsorships, and thought leadership programs to reinforce brand positioning.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all internal and external communication channels.
- Track market trends, competitor branding, and client perception to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (5–10 years) in Marketing/PR within capital markets, asset management, or financial services.
- Strong creative and analytical abilities to drive innovative campaigns.
- Proven expertise in brand strategy, corporate communications, and PR campaigns.
- Strong digital marketing and social media management skills.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with media, industry bodies, and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute impactful marketing initiatives.
