About the Role

The Manager/ Sr. Manager – Marketing & Branding (PR) will be responsible for shaping and executing the group's brand strategy, marketing communications, social presence and public relations initiatives. (ATL/BTL) The role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, strengthening corporate reputation, and positioning Systematix as a trusted thought leader within the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing, branding, and communication strategies.
  • Drive PR and media relations to build strong brand recall and visibility.
  • Collaborate with business leaders (Investment Banking, Equities, Wealth, etc.) to design impactful client-centric campaigns.
  • Lead digital marketing, content development, and social media strategy for stronger engagement.
  • Manage corporate events, sponsorships, and thought leadership programs to reinforce brand positioning.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all internal and external communication channels.
  • Track market trends, competitor branding, and client perception to recommend improvements.

Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (5–10 years) in Marketing/PR within capital markets, asset management, or financial services.
  • Strong creative and analytical abilities to drive innovative campaigns.
  • Proven expertise in brand strategy, corporate communications, and PR campaigns.
  • Strong digital marketing and social media management skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with media, industry bodies, and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute impactful marketing initiatives.
