We are looking for more than just a chef; we seek a visionary leader who is young, dynamic, and full of energy. You should possess a natural charisma that shines both in the kitchen and in front of the camera, as interacting with our guests will be a key part of your role.

Your approach to food should be innovative and adaptable, with a keen understanding of how to present dishes in ways that captivate the modern diner. We believe food is an art form, and you should be its master, constantly pushing boundaries and exploring new culinary horizons.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.

  • Create innovative and high-quality Continental dishes & food experiences that meet our standards.

  • Develop and maintain menu offerings, ensuring variety and seasonal freshness.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest food trends and incorporate them into the menu.

  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance.

  • Interact with customers to understand their preferences and ensure satisfaction.

  • Maintain a friendly and positive relationship with the entire team.

  • Maintain a bustling energy in the kitchen to keep the team motivated and energetic.

  • Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and hygiene standards.

  • Collaborate with other colleagues and seniors.

  • Hire, train, and manage staff about proper kitchen sanitization methods.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant.

  • Expertise in Continental cuisine with a strong focus on taste, presentation, and quality.

  • Creative flair and a passion for culinary arts.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Knowledge of best practices for food safety and kitchen management.

  • Culinary degree or relevant certification.

  • Strong passion for the art of food design.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & preferably Kannada).
