Key Responsibilities


• Develop new recipes aligned with healthy, natural & breakfast-focused menu vision.


• Standardize recipes for taste, texture, cost, and scalability across outlets.


• Train kitchen teams and junior chefs on:


• Food preparation


• Hygiene standards


• Consistency & plating style


• Ensure food quality, taste, and SOPs are followed daily across all stores.


• Work closely with the founder & product team on R&D and menu innovation.


• Maintain a high level of kitchen discipline and cost control.


• Conduct regular tasting, audits, and training refreshers for outlet teams.

Skills & Qualifications


• Minimum 3–5 years experience as Head Chef / R&D Chef / Training Chef.


• Experience with healthy food, breakfast menu, cafes, or QSR preferred.


• Strong creativity in recipe development and flavour balancing.


• Ability to create SOPs, standard recipe sheets, costing, batch prep guides, etc.


• Strong leadership, communication, and training skills.
