Zigboxx Studios is seeking a motivated and reliable Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in IT sales and business development, with a strong focus on acquiring new clients from the US and Canada.

This is a remote, full-time opportunity requiring 8 hours of work per day during the evening shift, aligning with North American time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and generate leads through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, Cold Emailing, and Networking.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients in the US and Canadian markets.
  • Pitch our digital marketing services (Web Design, WordPress/Shopify Development, SEO, PPC, and White-Label Partnerships) to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and long-term collaboration.
  • Collaborate with our design, development, and marketing teams to scope projects, prepare proposals, and close deals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and track client communications for reporting and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT sales / business development for a digital marketing or web development agency.
  • Strong understanding of web design, WordPress, Shopify, SEO, and digital marketing services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-first approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage leads efficiently.
  • Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, cold emailing, HubSpot, Apollo.IO, or similar CRMs is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Upwork and Fiverr bidding strategies preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.

Work Schedule:

  • Evening shift: Flexible timing (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST) to match US/Canada working hours.
  • Fixed weekly off on Saturdays and Sundays.
