Buisness Development Executive

Zigboxx Studios is seeking a motivated and reliable Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in IT sales and business development, with a strong focus on acquiring new clients from the US and Canada.
This is a remote, full-time opportunity requiring 8 hours of work per day during the evening shift, aligning with North American time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and generate leads through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, Cold Emailing, and Networking.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients in the US and Canadian markets.
- Pitch our digital marketing services (Web Design, WordPress/Shopify Development, SEO, PPC, and White-Label Partnerships) to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and long-term collaboration.
- Collaborate with our design, development, and marketing teams to scope projects, prepare proposals, and close deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and track client communications for reporting and forecasting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT sales / business development for a digital marketing or web development agency.
- Strong understanding of web design, WordPress, Shopify, SEO, and digital marketing services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-first approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage leads efficiently.
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, cold emailing, HubSpot, Apollo.IO, or similar CRMs is a plus.
- Familiarity with Upwork and Fiverr bidding strategies preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
Work Schedule:
- Evening shift: Flexible timing (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST) to match US/Canada working hours.
- Fixed weekly off on Saturdays and Sundays.
