Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales position based in Nagpur. The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role involves mentoring and training junior sales team members, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. The selected candidate will be expected to provide excellent customer service and drive revenue growth through effective sales management practices.
Qualifications
Generate qualified leads for B2C, commercial and industrial sectors.
• Conduct market research and generate effective leads.
• Handle field sales and customer interactions.
• Possess deep technical knowledge of the solar industry.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
Proven EPC / solar industry sales experience.
• Strong lead generation, networking, and communication skills.
• Willingness for fieldwork and travel within the assigned territory.
