Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, build strong relationships with coaching institutes, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing strategies to acquire new partners, and achieving aggressive sales targets aligned with company growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to onboard coaching institutes and drive student admissions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Coordinate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment and maximize conversion.
Conduct field visits, negotiate partnership agreements, and manage contract renewals.
Drive the implementation of sales tools, CRM systems, and streamline sales processes.
Manage budgets and optimize sales expenditures for maximum ROI.
Travel as required to meet partners and attend industry events.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in EdTech, education services, or technology startups.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performance sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision making.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
