Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer at our Coimbatore branch. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, offering excellent customer service, building strong client relationships, and ensuring timely and efficient sales operations. Additionally, the role involves supporting channel partners and promoting banking services and products to achieve sales targets. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer requirements, provide insights, and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to address client concerns and build lasting relationships
  • Experience in Lead Generation and expertise in Sales Operations for seamless business development
  • Familiarity with Channel Sales to support and manage partner relationships effectively
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and adapt to dynamic market conditions
  • Prior experience in banking, financial services, or sales is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
