  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the real estate market.
  • Conduct property tours and presentations for potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the real estate market, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
