Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Bank Sales Officer to join our client in Coimbatore. This is a full-time position that requires enthusiasm for sales and a drive to meet targets. Qualifications and Skills

  • Must possess a strong understanding of sales techniques (Mandatory skill).
  • Experienced in marketing strategies to effectively promote bank products and services.
  • Proficient in setting and achieving sales targets consistently.
  • Knowledge of CLAP (Customer Loan Approval Process) to streamline customer financing needs.
  • Experienced in handling LAP (Loan Against Property) to cater to customer financing requirements.
  • Ability to manage and administer gold loans efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-solving skills to address any challenges in sales and customer management.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of banking products and services to meet assigned targets.
  • Engage customers with tailored marketing strategies to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate the CLAP process to ensure smooth and quick loan approvals.
  • Manage LAP portfolios by evaluating client eligibility and processing applications.
  • Administer gold loan processes and assist customers with inquiries and servicing.
  • Foster strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve company objectives.
