Role Description

We are looking for a
Business Development & Marketing Executive (Healthcare)
for a full-time on-site role in the
Greater Hyderabad Area
.

The role includes both
on-site work
(visiting hospitals, clinics, corporates, and schools to build connections) and
off-site work
(making cold calls, sending emails, generating leads, and following up with clients). You will handle both
B2B and B2C marketing and sales
, helping us grow our services and reach more people.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through calls, emails, and field visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Visit hospitals, clinics, corporates and schools for networking and promotion.
  • Support marketing campaigns and awareness programs.
  • Manage leads, follow-ups and client communication effectively.

Qualifications

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in cold calling, emailing and meeting clients.
  • Strong interest in sales, marketing and business growth.
  • Ability to travel for on-site visits.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • Experience in healthcare or pharma sales is an added advantage.
