Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive growth, generate leads, and build lasting client relationships for our EPC projects. The right candidate will be ambitious, proactive, and client-focused.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new EPC business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Meet clients, understand needs, and present tailored EPC solutions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and profiles.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align with client expectations.
- Represent Ravion at trade shows and industry events.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets and maintain CRM updates.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years' experience in sales/business development (EPC/Construction preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking ability.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, adaptable.
