We are a leading modular furniture and interior turnkey solutions provider, delivering high-quality design, manufacturing, and execution to corporates, hotels, hospitals, and commercial spaces across India. With a cutting-edge manufacturing unit in Vadodara, we specialize in large-scale interior projects from 3,000 sq. ft. to 1.5 lakh sq. ft.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you'll identify high-value modular and interior project leads, build long-term relationships with architects and consultants, and close high-ticket projects.

Key Responsibilities

Identify new opportunities for interior turnkey and modular projects (min. 3,000 sq. ft., ₹20L+)

Field visits to generate leads from architects, PMCs, MNCs, hospitals & hotels

Build relationships with architects, consultants, and decision-makers

Present proposals, follow up, and close deals

Coordinate with internal teams for design and execution

Achieve monthly & quarterly targets

Maintain CRM, report daily site visits and progress

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Interior/Architecture

2+ years' experience in sales/business development (modular/interior/construction preferred)

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Self-driven & target-oriented

2-wheeler for client visits

Salary: ₹25,000–₹50,000/month (based on experience)

2% commission + yearly bonus
