As a Technical Sales Support Executive, your role involves providing troubleshooting assistance remotely via inbound calls to USA and Canadian customers. Your primary focus will be on resolving issues related to printers, routers, extenders, Windows, and macOS, with the ultimate goal of converting these interactions into successful sales. Key Responsibilities: - Provide troubleshooting assistance via inbound calls to USA and Canadian customers - Resolve issues related to printers, routers, extenders, Windows, and macOS - Convert interactions into successful sales Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2-7 years of experience in technical sales support, specifically handling international calls - Proficiency in using remote access tools such as AnyDesk and TeamViewer - Effective communication skills with customers - Strong sales acumen to meet monthly targets This position requires you to work the fixed night shift from 9 pm to 6 am, with a one-hour break included. You will be based in the office for the duration of your shifts, with weekends off. The compensation package includes a fixed salary along with monthly incentives.
