Working under the guidance of the Business Development Manager, your role will involve a range of essential tasks aimed at boosting growth and accomplishing business goals within the region. - Develop and grow the business for TIMAB India (Phosphea) products in the designated area - Monitor the market landscape, analyze competitors, and identify potential clients - Expand and maintain a robust B2B client portfolio and distribution network - Actively seek out and engage with contacts, prospects, and partners to establish and nurture business relationships - Draft and negotiate commercial contracts to optimize outcomes, focusing on margins, volume, and market share - Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the assigned area to ensure financial performance To excel in this role, you should possess a degree in International Business or International Sales and have prior experience in sales of Agri/Agro products or familiarity with trading commodities. Proficiency in English and Telugu is preferred for effective communication. Extensive travel for sales meetings, with a commitment of 75-80%, is required. Strong negotiating skills, a customer-centric approach, and exceptional listening abilities are crucial attributes for success. Being results-driven, adaptable, and open to relocation as per the Reporting Officer's directives are also key qualities for this position.
