Freight Forwarding Sales Executive

As a Freight Forwarding Sales Executive at Fuze Logistics Services, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities and managing relationships with a diverse customer base. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing relationships with customers to drive new business opportunities - Leveraging global connections in collaboration with freight forwarding experts - Establishing a customer base through effective communication with potential clients - Understanding clients" supply chain needs and creating tailored proposals to address their requirements - Promoting a range of services to clients, including Ocean Import/Export, Air Import/Export, Ocean Export, Distribution & Warehousing, Cargo Insurance, and Customs Brokerage - Meeting and exceeding monthly goals - Maintaining regular communication with Operations and Customer Service Departments The ideal candidate for this role should have 3-5 years of experience in logistics/freight sales, exceptional customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently to achieve productivity targets. Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce, would be advantageous.
