Required Skills & Competencies: - Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. - Professional telephone etiquette with a friendly and persuasive approach. - Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections effectively. - Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities. - Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. - Effective collaboration with sales and marketing teams to enhance overall performance. Educational & Experience Requirements: - Graduation in any stream (B.Com, BMM, BMS, or equivalent years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support, preferably in the real estate industry.
