**Profile Overview**:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our Outbound Sales India department.
- The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling potential customers, and closing sales over the phone.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer concerns or questions.
- Keeping accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding our customer base.

**Key Competencies for the Role**:

- ** Outbound Sales Expertise**:Proven ability to generate leads, cold call effectively, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- ** Excellent Communication Skills**:Strong verbal and written communication to engage potential clients, build rapport, and present solutions clearly.
- ** Customer Relationship Management**:Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships, with proficiency in using CRM tools to track interactions.
- ** Negotiation & Closing Skills**:Strong persuasive abilities to handle objections and close sales efficiently, driving revenue growth.
- ** Self-Motivation & Target Orientation**:Highly driven, goal-focused, and resilient in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 4 years of experience in outbound sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
