As part of our India market expansion, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Tele sales Executive to join our team.


Job Description: As a Tele sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of our thermal transfer ribbons, through effective telephone sales strategies. Your primary focus will be to identify potential clients, conduct outbound sales calls and start to build strong relationships with client. The successful candidate will then work hand in hand with our team of field sales personnel to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, database outreach and follow-up.

· Present ACE thermal transfer ribbon products, highlighting their features and value in a clear way.

· Handle objections confidently and convert prospects into sales opportunities.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics through our CRM system.

· Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to earn attractive commission.

· Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.


Requirements:

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

· Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.

· Knowledge of the thermal transfer industry is a plus but not required.

· Fluent in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
