- Maintain accurate records of reservations in the system.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport, and other service providers for bookings.
- Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer queries.
- Upsell or suggest additional services when appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Resolve booking-related issues efficiently.
- Fluent in English and Hindi
