Area Relationship Executive

Conduct marketing surveys and gather market insights to drive sales and improve customer experience.
- Visit residential societies and local areas to promote BigBasket's subscription model and acquire new customers.
- Handle customer interactions in the market, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Drive subscription model sales by educating potential customers on the benefits of subscribing to BigBasket's services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local stakeholders to ensure continued business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, etc.) to support field operations and marketing activities.
- Maintain and update customer and sales data, performance trackers, and reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team to enhance customer handling and sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers and local communities.
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, data tracking, and reporting).
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, especially in field marketing or subscription models.
- Good understanding of local markets and the ability to engage with diverse customer segments.
- Fresher candidates welcome, with an interest in field sales, marketing surveys, and customer handling.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage fieldwork independently.
Additional Requirements:
- Traveling: Regular local travel required for market visits, surveys, and customer interactions.
- Own Two-Wheeler: Required for field visits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
