What You'll Do
- Develop and own the sales vision & strategy for local + international growth.
- Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → closing → growth.
- Build trusted client relationships and unlock upselling opportunities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends (ERP, HRTech, SaaS, automation, digital transformation).
- Consistently hit or exceed targets as per defined strategy and objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in
enterprise software sales
(ERP, HRMS, SaaS preferred). - Strong
sales personality
– persuasive, ambitious, results-focused. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution drive.
