will be key ambassadors, ensuring each high‑touch interaction becomes an unforgettable experience.

Your Role & Impact

As a CRO at Vasundhara Diamond Roof, you will 
build lasting relationships

with our luxury clients and 
capture real-time insights

during every sale. You'll work 
closely with our Retail Sales Officers (RSOs)

to welcome customers warmly and document their preferences and profiles in our
CRM

. By maintaining up-to-date client profiles and purchase histories, you enable highly personalized follow-ups and service – turning data into
tailored recommendations

and
loyalty‑building experiences

.

In this role, you are the bridge between our distinguished customers and the store: you'll ensure 
process excellence

(timely order fulfilment, compliance with SOPs, impeccable store presentation) and support 
exclusive customer events and programs

. From greeting clients to helping plan VIP events, your attention to detail and initiative will elevate our brand image at every touchpoint

Customer Engagement & CRM:

Welcome and engage customers warmly, understanding their jewellery preferences. Maintain and update detailed customer profiles and purchase histories to enable personalized service. Collect insights during each interaction so that RSOs can follow up promptly – building a seamless client experience from first visit to after‑sales care.

Data Enrichment & Insights:

Drive our data‑enrichment efforts by accurately logging interactions in our CRM/ERP systems. Use
data-driven insights

and analytics to anticipate customer desires (for example, knowing which designs or trends are resonating now) so that we can present exactly what our clientele wants. With well‑maintained profiles, our team can offer tailored suggestions and cultivate meaningful connections – turning every visit into a curated luxury experience.

Operational Excellence:

Ensure strict adherence to store SOPs and brand standards. Keep the store environment and your own presentation 
immaculate and professional

, reflecting Vasundhara's premium positioning. Punctuality and discipline are key: you'll coordinate order fulfilment with sales and production teams smoothly, resolve any issues with empathy, and maintain the highest service quality.

Team Collaboration:

Share customer insights consistently with RSOs and colleagues. Assist in planning and executing referral programs, festive promotions, and private client events. Your collaborative spirit will help our sales and marketing teams create bespoke clienteling strategies – for instance, arranging
exclusive viewings

or
one‑on‑one design consultations

for our top patrons.

Passion for Luxury & People:

You have a genuine enthusiasm for high-end jewellery and a keen eye for detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must – you connect easily with diverse, high-profile clients.
Fluency in Telugu (and English)

is required to engage comfortably with our local VIP clientele, and your 
service‑driven, courteous & empathetic approach

should make every customer feel valued.

Digitally Savvy & Detail-Oriented:

You're comfortable using CRM/ERP tools and basic office software.
High attention to detail

is critical: from accurately entering customer data to safeguarding confidential information, you ensure our systems and client information remain reliable and secure.

Professional Presence:

As the face of our brand, you are always
impeccably groomed and polished

. You thrive on the boutique floor, assisting RSOs when needed and maintaining the refined ambiance our clients expect. Reliability and discipline (following SOPs, meeting schedules, etc.) are part of your DNA.

Team Player:

You work closely with colleagues and support RSOs to deliver seamless service. Proactivity, reliability and a collaborative mindset are key. Whether it's sharing a customer insight with a teammate or helping set up a VIP client event, you're always ready to contribute.
