We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Key Relationship Officer (KRO) to join our team at Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited, a leading housing finance company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with customers, generating business, and providing excellent customer service.

_Key Responsibilities:_

  1. Build relationships with existing and new customers to generate business.

  2. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

  3. Conduct customer meetings and presentations to promote housing finance products.

  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of customer applications.

  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.

_Requirements:_

  1. Under graduation.

  2. 0.6-1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.

  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
