  • Location: Hybrid Corporate Office, Hyderabad (4 days/week) & 7 Midway Plaza Suryapet or Chityala (2 days/week)
  • Experience: Freshers or 12 years in hospitality

Role Overview
:

We are seeking smart, well-groomed, and dynamic female candidates to join our team as Operations Executive. This role focuses on enhancing guest relationships and experiences, serving as a vital link between our guests and the operations team
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage with guests to ensure a warm and memorable experience
  • Collect feedback and address guest queries, needs, and concerns positively
  • Monitor service standards and ensure guest satisfaction at all touchpoints
  • Coordinate with restaurant and kitchen teams to resolve issues promptly
  • Represent brand values and maintain a professional, polished appearance
  • Handle daily reports and update management on guest insights
  • Guide and train junior team members to maintain a guest-first approach
  • Collaborate with the corporate team on guest experience strategies

Candidate Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Background in hospitality or hotel management
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience welcome
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Smart, energetic, and well-presented personality
  • Passionate about customer service and creating positive guest experiences

Work Schedule & Benefits:

  • 6-day work week:
  • 4 days at Corporate Office
  • 2 days at 7 Midway Plaza (transport provided)
