Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Hyderabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing financial advice, and assisting clients with their trading activities. Daily tasks include handling client inquiries, offering timely market updates, and recommending suitable investment options. This role also involves organizing client meetings, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing any concerns to maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
- Proficient in using trading platforms such as ANT and 1LyOptions
- Ability to handle client inquiries and provide suitable recommendations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Prior experience in the brokerage or financial services industry is a plus
