Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Hyderabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. Daily tasks include assessing client eligibility, guiding clients through the loan application process, ensuring timely loan disbursements, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to achieve business targets while adhering to company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Client Interaction
  • Knowledge of Housing Finance, Loan Processing, and Financial Products
  • Strong Skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving
  • Working Knowledge of the Housing Market in Tier 2 & 3 Cities
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in Local Language(s) and English
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Prior experience in the finance or banking sector is advantageous
