Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing customer portfolios, and providing financial solutions tailored to individual needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include client acquisition, understanding customer needs, monitoring customer accounts, and coordinating with various internal departments to ensure superior service delivery. The role also involves achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the business by identifying new opportunities and markets.

Qualifications

  • Client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to engage and maintain strong customer satisfaction
  • Sales, negotiation, and business development expertise, particularly in financial services
  • Knowledge of financial and investment products, including vehicle financing, SME loans, and fixed deposits
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address client needs and provide tailored financial solutions
  • Time management, team collaboration, and adaptability in fast-paced business environments
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in sales or customer relationship roles, especially within the finance sector, is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the rural and semi-urban market is desirable
