Position Overview
:

We are seeking an experienced and well-networked Relationship Manager with a strong background in retail banking. The ideal candidate will leverage their established network of banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to build client relationships, facilitate lending opportunities, and drive business growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics is mandatory.

MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or Banking (preferred, but not mandatory if candidate has strong experience & network).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

·

Leverage an existing network of lenders and banks to arrange financing solutions for clients.

·

Drive new client acquisition in retail banking products (personal loans, home loans, LAP, Loan Against Shares, Business Loan etc.).

·

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

·

Liaise with internal operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth processing of client requirements.

·

Meet assigned business targets across deposits, lending, and cross-sell products.

·

Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and RBI guidelines to provide the best advisory to clients.

·

Represent the company in client meetings, networking forums, and local market initiatives.

Must Have:

·

Graduate/Postgraduate with 4–8 years of relevant experience in retail banking

·

Strong existing network with lenders, banks, and NBFCs

·

Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation

·

Sound knowledge of retail banking products, lending norms, and regulatory guidelines

·

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
