Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Relationship Manager for our on-site location in Hyderabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, assisting clients with property transactions, providing expert market advice, and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, achieving sales targets, conducting follow-ups with prospective customers, and managing communication to foster long-term relationships. Professionals in this role will represent the company values while maintaining a deep understanding of property market trends and the company's offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Relationship Management, Client Handling, and Customer Service
- Knowledge of Real Estate Market Trends and Sales Processes
- Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in understanding customer needs and delivering customized solutions
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Previous experience in the real estate industry or related field is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and data analytics is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
